		<description>I was going to do today&#039;s workout of 150 wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball, but the gym only had a ten pound ball and the aerobics area was occupied with a group of people doing ty-bo. So, I did this workout instead... WOW, what an intense workout! I completed the workout in 14:36. The first two rounds I used 155 lbs and completed all 21 pull-ups each time. On the third round I had to reduce the weight to 135 lbs and did 21 assisted pull-ups with 35 lbs of assistance. Definitely the most intense workout I&#039;ve done in a very long time. I feel as if I put in a 45 min workout and ran a 5k. Great workout Brandon!</description>
