As basketball season is cranking up for high school and collegiate athletes alike, let’s take a look at a program designed to increase both strength and conditioning quickly and efficiently. The Max Effort Black Box (MEBB) program is the brainchild of coach-extraordinaire Mike Rutland. It combines metabolic conditioning with a Westside Barbell Club take on max effort strength work.
