Good and intense workout!! Brandon pays close attention to detail and wants people to get the most out of workout. I feel the burn!! Keep up the great work. Will be returning to do it all over again

As many round as possible in 12 minutes of:
4 girl push ups (girl pushups)
8 Back Extensions
16 high jumps
I completed 6 rounds and 4 push ups.
