Five rounds for time of:
30 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions.
Be careful. YOU MUST RESPECT THE GHD!!! Seriously, take what you think you can do and half it if you have no experience this movement.
My Ghetto GHD
I got 3 rounds in 9:23. I’m sort of easing my way into the full shabang. Last time I did 5 rounds of 15 and 10 for a total of 75. 90 today, and I’ll build on it again next time.

My scaled workout was:
Three rounds for time of:
10 GHD Sit-ups (to parallel)
10 Back Extensions.
My time was 4:45. This was my first time trying GHD and I’m DEFINITELY feeling it right now!
Also…to be fair, I actually did 11 back extensions in my first round because I got carried away (AND I am dumb)! Haha.

Our GHD is very ghetto! At least we know that a Smith machine is useful for SOMETHING!
