5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats.

Good and intense workout!! Brandon pays close attention to detail and wants people to get the most out of workout. I feel the burn!! Keep up the great work. Will be returning to do it all over again

Without weight. The standard is crease of the hip below the top of the knee.

My first crossFit workout was a success and now I’m going to jump in the pool.
