Pain in the Park WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats.

AMRAP in 20 min of:
10 wallball shots, 20lb ball
10 GHD sit ups
10 Back extensions.

Ok so I haven’t done pull ups in like ages… however I was able to do jump pull ups. THis workout was really great and although it was only 12 mins long it kicked my rear! Brandon’s workouts (cross fit) can always be tailored to your level and skill. So for twelve mins I was able to do 16 rotations of two jump pull ups, 5 push ups, and 10 squats! I get more of a workout in those twelve mins than I do at the gym in a 60min class! Thanks again Brandon and I am definatly interested once you get your gym stuff going to! See you next saturday!
