Good and intense workout!! Brandon pays close attention to detail and wants people to get the most out of workout. I feel the burn!! Keep up the great work. Will be returning to do it all over again

Today’s workout was awesome!! You definitely feel the burn, but it is safe because Brandon teaches you the correct form beforehand so you don’t hurt yourself during the workout. I’ll be back for sure.

Once again another great workout! An intense 10 mins..but I got a whole body workout! Great!!

worked on hand stands and double unders today.
didn’t accomplish either completely but made a LOT of progress in the hand stands.
also decided to keept trying the double unders.
